  1. 1. 15-min intro call to see if it’s a fit
  2. 2. Intake session—history, goals, first tool
  3. 3. Weekly 50-min sessions (in-office or video)
  4. 4. Mid-treatment check-in & adjust plan
  5. 5. Review progress, set future roadmap

Fees and Availability

• 50-minute session: $125

• Sliding-scale slots (limited)

• Telehealth & in-office (St. Louis)

• Late-night sessions: Tues–Thurs 10 p.m.–midnight
